Front Royal Police Chief Ronald A. Williamson announced in a press release last week that on July 1, Investigator David Fogle has arrested Michael Joseph Guiliani Jr., 18, of 125 Biggs Drive Apt. 6, Front Royal on charges of burglary and grand larceny of Villa Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant, 865 John Marshall Highway.
